Faseeha Altaf is a health tech and public health leader with over 15 years of healthcare and public-sector experience dedicated to
building a more equitable, interoperable, and patient-centered healthcare system. She serves as Senior Researcher and
Division Lead at Yale/Yale New Haven Health’s Center for Outcomes Research & Evaluation, where she leads business
development and national initiatives focused on digital quality measurement, interoperability, and improving health
outcomes. In addition to her Federal work (over 12 years of experience predominantly with Centers for Medicare and
Medicaid Services), she directs research and development efforts and builds strategic partnerships with commercial
clients and national alliances. Faseeha has developed nationally used performance measures across hospital, ambulatory, and innovative
payment model settings, helping drive accountability and better care for people nationwide. In 2025, she was named a Rising Star Fellow in Public Health by the American Pakistan Foundation. She also serves on the board of the New York Health Justice Initiative,
which provides free and low-cost legal support to medically underserved, primarily BIPOC New Yorkers facing barriers to care and is former President of American Muslim Health Professionals. Faseeha brings a blend of technical expertise, leadership, compassion, and
deep community commitment to every role she takes on.
