As a current CEO/Founder of Piselli Global Consultants, LLC and previous senior executive at PriceWaterhouseCoopers, 3M and Yale New Haven System, I provide exemplary leadership and trusted partnerships as a consultant, executive, board and investor advisor-coach, innovative fractional strategic lead and speaker-lecturer. My career is defined by spearheading innovative, sustainable transformative —leveraging the latest clinical and technological-AI advancements across integrated delivery networks, business, clinical-socio-economic, operational, and policy domains at national and global levels, with a focus on advancing value-based care (VBC) population health/ personalized evidence-based integrative wellness and optimizing returns on integrated solution investments—human, financial, operational, technological and social.
My expertise-based competencies are based upon solution outcomes based clinical care, clinical economics, research powered by country-wide clinical-economic models/policies, product-service innovation, including software commercialization, patent lifecycle, and indicated M&A. I have led complex business transformations, large-scale redesigns, and delivered hundreds of conference presentations and select publications. By inspiring and coaching high-performing teams, I drive future-ready strategies, transformative ideation, operational excellence, and measurable outcomes. This multidimensional background enables me to architect and implement bold, outcome-driven VBC solutions addressing population health and disease burdens from individuals to nations. Recent contributions include co-developing foundational U.S. healthcare policies—like the 2025 CMS HIV PrEP risk adjustment, co-leading Yale School of Nursing’s (YSN) five-year strategic plan and YSN Alumni Association’s strategic plan, orchestrating YSNAA’s centennial events, and designing new doctoral-level courses at YSN and George Washington University, with numerous invited lectures. Additional roles include President, YSN Alumni Association; Executive Council Leadership, YaleWomen (13,000+ members); Board Member, Yale Club of Treasure Coast; Yale Ventures Tsai City mentor-coach; hackathon and global health competition judge
