Swarnima is an AP-MPH candidate at Yale School of Public Health. She is a 2x healthtech founder, building two startups Thea and Gytree. She supports and invests in early-stage impact-aligned startups, at BlueDot Partners. She started FemmeCon, India's first women's health festival. She built Youterus (acquired), a uterus-shaped toy enabled by Augmented Reality, used for menstrual and reproductive health education. She is a Business World 40 Under 40 honoree and AstraZeneca Young Health Scholar.
