As PDX Next chief project officer, Vince leads a team focused on the schedule, scope and budget of the major construction projects at the Portland International Airport, which aim to upgrade and update PDX while keeping the local character that travelers love. This includes the newly opened Phase 1 of the Terminal Core Remodel project.
Vince, a native of Portland, has been with the Port for over 37 years in various managerial and financial capacities. He most recently served as the Chief Operating Officer where he was responsible for the operations at PDX, the Ports two general reliever airports, and the Port’s four marine terminals. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for the Port where he managed all our financial activities and administrative areas such as risk management, internal audit, contracts and procurement, and research
