Leslie is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Alante Capital, an early stage venture capital fund investing in technology to build a more resilient, decarbonized future for apparel and other design-driven consumer industries. She has spent her career in finance, always with an eye towards using capital as a catalyst towards a more sustainable future - from investment banking in developing countries at Credit Suisse to VC for Impact at JPMorgan.

Joining Alante in 2017, Leslie has helped build the firm from the ground up. The firm now is nearing M AUM with 17 portfolio companies based in the US and Europe, and a diverse, global limited partner base.
