Audrey Mickahail is Senior Vice President, Private Sector and Member Experience, at Opportunity@Work, where she leads the private sector customer segment and the team that ensures a high-quality and consistent customer experience. Her role supports employers, philanthropies, regional consortia, and the public sector to enable economic mobility for workers who are Skilled through Alternative Routes (STARs).

Prior to her current role, Audrey developed a corporate solutions practice at JFF, focusing on equitable talent practices and social impact strategies. She also spent over 20 years at Gartner, serving in various capacities, including senior director, where she led advisory and research teams and presented globally at executive retreats and Gartner events.
