TJ Noel-Sullivan is a Hartford native and founder of the Hartford Film Company. He directs and produces a wide range of projects for the company, including feature-length, commercial, and documentary films. His debut feature film, Midas, opened in theaters across the country and received a 100% fresh rating from critics on Rotten Tomatoes. His next film, a documentary about America’s teacher shortage, draws inspiration from his parents, both Hartford public school educators. TJ is a proud graduate of Hartford Public Schools and received his BA in Film from Yale University.
