She founded EmpiricaLab, an enterprise software company advancing workforce training innovation in healthcare, backed by Techstars and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners. Her career bridges academia, national technology initiatives, and corporate strategy, with a focus on applying cutting-edge technologies to solve complex, real-world challenges.

Dr. Padron has held faculty appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the College of Population Health at Thomas Jefferson University.
