Dr. Padron is an economist and entrepreneur with deep expertise in applied technology and emerging innovations, driving large-scale transformation in healthcare analytics, enterprise software, and AI solutions. She is a Vice President within the Innovation Economy team at J.P. Morgan where she support growth for early stage technology startups.

She founded EmpiricaLab, an enterprise software company advancing workforce training innovation in healthcare, backed by Techstars and Mount Sinai Innovation Partners. Her career bridges academia, national technology initiatives, and corporate strategy, with a focus on applying cutting-edge technologies to solve complex, real-world challenges.

Dr. Padron has held faculty appointments at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and the College of Population Health at Thomas Jefferson University. She currently serves as an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Yale Ventures, Venture Partner at No Border Ventures, adjunct faculty at the New York I-Corps Hub Biotechnology Bootcamp, and a board member of Consilium Bots, a global nonprofit leveraging AI to transform education decision-making in Latin America.
