Based in New Jersey, Nancy serves as Principal, Venture Investments & New Company Creation at JJDC, Johnson & Johnson’s corporate venture capital group, and is responsible for supporting equity investments and the creation and launch of newly defined companies aligned with the strategic needs of Johnson & Johnson’s business sectors.
Nancy has a passion for finding innovation through external investments and collaborations and has a long track record of negotiating complex transaction agreements as well as successfully managing key strategic global alliances post signing. Prior to JJDC, Nancy spent almost 20 years in various business development roles within J&J’s pharmaceutical sector where she was responsible for leading the evaluation, negotiation, and execution of numerous large business development and M&A transactions and negotiating several internal asset spinouts and royalty monetization deals.
Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree, from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey. In addition, Nancy holds an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from Rutgers Business School.
