The annual Yale Life Sciences Pitchfest showcases groundbreaking Yale research in therapeutics, medical devices, and digital health. The event features 5-minute pitches by faculty innovators followed by a 3-minute Q&A with a panel of judges, culminating in the selection of standout projects.Hosted by Yale Ventures, the event serves as the semifinals for The Blavatnik Fund for Innovation at Yale, Yale's accelerator fund for early stage life-science research. 

Directly following Yale’s Pitchfest is the BioCT Annual Holiday Party, which provides the opportunity to connect with colleagues, network, and celebrate the Entrepreneur of the Year, an award recognizing imaginative, passionate game-changers in Connecticut life sciences.
