Sean is the Co-Founding Partner of MOC Innovations, a venture studio in that focuses on artist-led entrepreurship in the cultural production economy. Sean brings years of experience in the startup ecosystem, M&A, venture capital, as
well as organization and talent consulting - having worked with numerous organizations that range from Fortune 15 companies to tech startups and mission-driven nonprofit organizations. Previously, he served in various executive roles at Activant Capital, Ernst & Young, Aon, OnPoint HR, and Hanold Associates. He is also the Founding Partner of Transformari, a boutique advisory firm that focuses on executive search and HR consulting. Born in Korea and raised in Germany, Sean now lives in the Greater New Haven area with his family.
