Quantum Momentum Meets Builders: Developer Day Debuts at Yale Innovation Summit 2026

Yale Ventures will debut Developer Day at the 2026 Yale Innovation Summit on May 27, introducing a hands-on program aimed at giving developers, engineers, and product leaders direct exposure to emerging tools from companies including Google, D-Wave, and Quantinuum. On May 28, the summit’s Tech Track keynote will turn to quantum computing, with executives from D-Wave and Quantum Circuits Inc. examining how advances in the field are moving from research labs toward commercial deployment.

The Yale Innovation Summit's 2026 Arts Track: Where Access, Experimentation, and Creative Power Collide

The 2026 Yale Innovation Summit’s expanded Arts Track presents the arts as a vital driver of innovation, with programming focused on artist ownership, public scholarship, civic engagement, the evolution of traditional forms, and collaboration across technology, science, and culture. New initiatives such as the Summit Marketplace and Collective CT Showcase extend that vision through practical, community-centered models that connect artists, audiences, and institutional partners.

Yale Alumni Founders, Reunited

The invitation-only Yale Alumni Founders Reunion will bring Yale founders back to campus during the Yale Innovation Summit in New Haven on May 27–28, 2026, for two days of connection, celebration, and collaboration. Programming includes a welcome reception, networking breakfast and unconference, and the YES 25th Anniversary Founders & Funders Reception. Yale alumni who register for the full Summit with their AYA email address receive 50% off, and alumni founders may request an invite.

Andy Slavitt to Keynote 2026 Yale Innovation Summit Health Track

Andy Slavitt will keynote the 2026 Yale Innovation Summit Health Track, joining Yale School of Public Health Dean Megan Ranney, MD, MPH, for a conversation on health system reform, policy leadership, and the future of innovation in U.S. healthcare. This year’s Health Track, Health Innovation at Scale, will bring together leaders across healthcare, investment, research, and policy to explore how new technologies and care models can expand access and improve health outcomes.

Calling Yale and Connecticut Innovators: Three Chances to Share Your Idea and Compete for $400K in Prizes and Awards

The Yale Innovation Summit is inviting Yale and Connecticut innovators in arts, biotech, civic, climate, health, and tech to apply for a chance to showcase their ideas, compete for $400,000 in prizes and awards, and gain exposure to more than 2,500 founders, investors, and industry partners. One application covers three opportunities—Live Pitch, ePoster, and Virtual Spotlight—and is open to Yale faculty, students, alumni, and Connecticut-based innovators from idea stage through Series A. Applications are due by 5:00 PM on Friday, April 17.

Civic Innnovation in Action: Public Sector Innovation At the 2026 Yale Innovaiton Summit

Yale Ventures is pleased to announce that the 2026 Yale Innovation Summit Civic Track Challenge will partner with Professor Hélène Landemore and the Connecticut Citizens’ Assembly Initiative. A leading expert on citizens’ assemblies, Professor Landemore is currently working with Connecticut State Comptroller Sean Scanlon to organize the first-ever statewide Citizens’ Assembly in Connecticut this summer.
