Ana De Archuleta is an institutional strategy and innovation leader with more than 25 years of experience guiding mission-driven organizations through transition, growth, and systems change. Her work operates at the intersection of culture, philanthropy, and civic life, where ambition is translated into disciplined execution.

She serves as Managing Director of National Sawdust, partnering with Co-Founder and Artistic Director Paola Prestini and the board to steward enterprise strategy across operations, finance, governance, and partnerships. Together, they have overseen a $21 million cultural asset acquisition, diversified revenue, strengthened governance systems, and led the organization through a founder-era transition toward long-term sustainability and expanded impact.

An Entrepreneur in Residence at Yale University’s Cultural Innovation Lab, she advises on new models for cultural production and innovation governance. Earlier, she founded and led an international talent agency for nearly two decades. She is known for stabilizing complex institutions, aligning teams, and building trust with boards and funders while advancing innovation with structural rigor.
