Jessica Sager is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of All Our Kin, a national nonprofit leader in the movement to transform our child care system. All Our Kin’s innovative model for training, supporting and sustaining family child care educators creates opportunities for providers and high-quality care options for children and families. A graduate of Barnard College and Yale Law School, Jessica co-teaches a Yale University seminar on “Child Care, Society, and Public Policy.” She is the Vice-Chair of the Low Income Investment Fund and serves on the boards of Social Impact Partners and the William Caspar Graustein Memorial Fund. Jessica is an Ashoka Fellow and a Pahara Fellow at the Aspen Institute. She has provided commentary on child care issues for Fortune, Time, The Hill, New America, Ms. Magazine, and Education Week, and was named to the Care 100 List of the Americans doing the most to re-imagine and re-humanize our care system. Most recently, she received the Heinz Award, which is given for “outstanding contributions to the Arts, the Economy, and the Environment.”
