Jason Silbergleit is a technology executive with nearly three decades of experience commercializing advanced computing technologies including artificial intelligence, quantum computing, semiconductors, and hybrid cloud.

Jason joined Classiq Technologies in March, 2026 as Head of Americas where he has responsibility for building the Americas business for Classiq as a substantial growth and expansion engine for the company. Prior to joining Classiq, Jason spent 29 years at IBM, most recently serving as Vice President of Research Business Development and Partnerships. In this role, he helped translate IBM’s cutting-edge research into strategic partnerships, commercial offerings, and large-scale industry collaborations, working closely with enterprises, governments, and academic institutions around the world.

Jason also built, led, and scaled IBM’s global quantum computing sales organization, helping drive enterprise adoption of quantum technologies through both cloud-based and on-premises deployments. His team supported pioneering quantum initiatives with organizations including Cleveland Clinic, Moderna, and Allstate, among many others, advancing real-world applications of quantum computing across healthcare and life sciences, financial services, insurance, materials, industrial, and automotive sectors.

During his tenure at IBM, Jason also helped structure several major research and innovation collaborations, including the MIT-IBM Watson AI Lab and the IBM–Cleveland Clinic Discovery Accelerator.

In addition to his technology leadership, Jason served as an executive sponsor for Neurodiversity@IBM, supporting initiatives to expand opportunities for neurodiverse talent in the technology workforce.

Jason holds a B.S. in Ceramic Engineering from Alfred University and an MBA from the University of Vermont.
