Christine Tsang is co-founder and CEO of Caldera, a public benefit corporation working to accelerate the delivery of government services with AI. She was previously the founding Executive Director of Stanford RegLab, which partners federal, state, and local agencies to use AI to help governments solve their most intractable problems. This work has been featured in the New York Times, Politico, Bloomberg Law, NPR, CBS News, SF Chronicle, and more. She writes on public sector AI and has testified for the California legislature. Prior to joining Stanford, Christine worked in venture philanthropy, served on the leadership team of multiple venture-backed startups, and clerked for Justice Goodwin Liu of the California Supreme Court. She was a Fulbright Scholar in China and holds a B.A from Yale College and J.D. from Yale Law School.
