Chris Moore is a member of the Yale School of Nursing Precision Wellness Advisory Board and serves as Courtesy Faculty at Yale School of Nursing (appointment in progress). He is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of DNA Life and the Chief Executive Officer of Nordic Group ApS, based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
An international leader in personalized medicine, health innovation, and functional health systems, Mr. Moore has spent more than thirty years advancing a vision of healthcare centered on the biochemical individuality of each person. His work has focused on the integration of genetics, biomarker science, longitudinal health data, and preventive strategies to create more precise, proactive, and person-centered approaches to health and aging.
Mr. Moore began building what became the Nordic Group more than two decades ago, starting with Nordic Laboratories, one of Europe’s earliest laboratories dedicated fully to functional medicine. Since then, the group has expanded into a broad ecosystem of health-focused organizations spanning laboratory medicine, clinical care, nutritional science, genomics, health technology, resistant bacteria research, implantable monitoring devices, breast tissue screening technologies, and organic health nutrition.
At the core of Mr. Moore’s philosophy is a strong commitment to individualized care. He has long advocated for models of health and wellness that recognize that each person has a unique biological profile and that prevention and treatment strategies should reflect this complexity. His leadership has helped advance the use of genetics, biochemical markers, and human performance data to support more effective, personalized interventions before the onset of disease.
During 2025, Chris spoke in 22 countries on topics around personalised healthcare, and the changing attitudes towards extending healthspan and increasing longevity. He articulates around the need to focus on longitudinal health data (ideally from birth or even conception) to mitigate disease and build resilience which will help in achieving health optimisation.
Through his role with Yale School of Nursing, Mr. Moore contributes valuable international perspective and entrepreneurial insight to the School’s growing work in precision wellness, innovation, and future-facing models of care. His expertise supports the development of new approaches that connect scientific discovery, individualized prevention, advanced technology, and compassionate implementation in ways that can improve both health and human flourishing.
