Before spinning out Harmoniqs, Aaron was a research associate in the Robotics Institute at Carnegie Mellon University, where he was applying robotics and aerospace-inspired control and calibration algorithms to the quantum computing domain. Today, he is the CEO of Harmoniqs, which is working to make quantum computers as performant as possible, applying state-of-the-art tools to every hardware modality. In his fleeting moments away from work, Aaron is an avid reader, runner, climber, and Bialleti coffee savorer.
