Allison Schwartz leads global government relations and public affairs for D-Wave Quantum Inc. and has over 30 years of experience as a public policy strategist. She has expertise in a variety of technology policies, including quantum, privacy, fintech, cloud, and more. She is a frequent speaker at policy, technology, and quantum events.

As the Senior VP of global government relations & public affairs for D-Wave, she is deploying a strategic engagement plan showcasing the power that quantum computing can provide to solve today’s complex problems. Allison is instrumental in education efforts, ensuring a better understanding of today’s quantum capabilities that shape quantum programs to support near term applications as well as future technology advancements.

Prior to D-Wave, Allison held leadership roles at a variety of different technology companies, including global government relations leader for Dun & Bradstreet and vice president of government relations & public affairs for Intuit. Over her career, she also served as a strategic consultant for companies, trade associations and non-profits on public policy and social impact initiatives and was a policy staffer in the U.S. Congress.
