Annie Harper is a cultural anthropologist and Assistant Professor at the Program for Recovery and Community Health in Yale University’s Department of Psychiatry. She is primarily a researcher, using mixed methods community based participatory research to study the intersections of poverty, finances, and mental health, as well as energy justice issues, including access to energy and energy efficiency. She teaches a clinic class on Climate Change and Public Health at the Yale School of Public Health.
