Devon McDonald is the cofounder of Second Harvest, a platform and community focused on helping executives, founders, and leaders navigate major life transitions and design more intentional, aligned next chapters. She is also a Partner at OpenView Venture Partners, a Boston-based venture capital firm, where she has worked since 2009.

Over the course of her career, Devon built and led OpenView’s value-add platform, managed the firm’s executive network, and partnered closely with portfolio companies on leadership, recruiting, go-to-market strategy, marketing, and people operations. She is known for her ability to connect people, build communities, and help leaders navigate periods of growth and change.

Devon is graduate of Colgate University, where she played Division I basketball. She is the mother of three children and lives in Newton, MA.
