Justine Lee is Co-Chair of the Board of Directors of ClimateHaven, an incubator for startups building breakthrough solutions in energy, water and the built environment. She is an active early stage venture investor and previously served as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at 25madison, an NYC venture capital fund.

Justine helped build and scale Citibike and its affiliate biked share companies, and served as an executive at Motivate International and ride hail company Lyft. She began her career as an M&A lawyer at Davis Polk & Wardwell, and she currently serves on the boards of the Institute for Transportation & Development Policy, the Governors Island Foundation, the Collegiate School and Indego Africa.

Justine holds a B.A. from Yale University and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
