Megan Marini is a Founding Partner at 3x3, an inclusive innovation agency. She helps organizations and teams apply community-centered design for transformation that advances community mobility, resilience, and wellbeing. Before 3x3, she specialized in program design and stakeholder engagement for development programs at the Earth Institute’s Center for Sustainable Urban Development and the ARCHIVE Institute supporting organizations ranging from the UN and the World Bank to Internews. Megan has taught critical design, geographic information systems, and urban planning at Columbia University, the Pratt Institute and New Jersey Institute of Technology. She has guest lectured at Cornell, Yale, IIT Institute for Design, and Johns Hopkins University. Her work and writing have been featured on platforms such as the New York Times, Public Interest Design, American Institute of Architects Oculus, and DWELL magazine among others. She holds an MS in Urban Planning from Columbia University and a BS in Architecture from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
