Linda Zane, Ph.D. is a Program Director in the NCI SBIR Development Center at the National Cancer Institute, where she manages a portfolio of oncology-focused small business innovation programs supporting therapeutics, diagnostics, digital health technologies, devices, and research tools. She works closely with startups, academic entrepreneurs, and investors to help accelerate the commercialization of innovative cancer technologies through the NIH SBIR/STTR programs.

Dr. Zane also leads initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, commercialization, and investor engagement, helping connect emerging companies with funding, mentorship, regulatory guidance, and strategic partnerships. Her work spans the full innovation continuum—from early proof-of-concept through clinical translation and commercialization.
