Samantha Grassle is Senior Director of Partnerships & Policy at Elemental Impact, where she leads strategic engagement across corporates, investors, and the public sector to accelerate the deployment of climate technologies. She works closely with corporate partners to advance offtake pathways and scale innovative solutions, while shaping investor relations strategies that mobilize capital into high-impact projects.

With over a decade of experience at the intersection of climate, technology, and innovation, Samantha has supported more than 100 climate companies on fundraising, go-to-market strategy, and policy navigation. Prior to Elemental, she led global market entry and growth for JUMP by Uber and Superpedestrian, and served in the New York City Mayor’s Office of the Chief Technology Officer. She holds an MPA from Columbia University and a BA from the University of Michigan.
