Nicola La Monica, PhD, is Senior Director and Search & Evaluation Lead for East North America at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine, where he leads external innovation efforts across Immunology, Oncology, and Neuroscience. Based at the Boston Innovation Center, he partners across internal and external networks to identify and evaluate novel assets, platforms, and technologies with strategic relevance for the R&D portfolio. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience spanning pharmaceutical and biotechnology research.
